  WHEN you are finally able to talk to someone at this place, they are very rude! The installers smelled like marijuana and were slobs. They rushed to install, Stevie Wonder could have done a better job matching the color seam and putting the caulking down. They will basically force you to sign a paper that you are approve the install even though you can't touch or look at the countertop. Took over a month to get them to come back out to repair the damaged counter top that was there at installation. Countertop had multiple chips in it, and one of the edges was damaged from transportation. This person was just a rude, tried to change the appointment window to 3 hours sooner with only a 10 min call. Then the repair tech did not make all of the repairs, just said it was natural imperfections from the factory. He got acrylic all over my white custom cabinets that have not been used yet. Again I have not heard back from them about making the repair or paying to get my cabinet door re-sprayed. STAY AWAY...FAR AWAY...

  Warning - do not use this company! Home Depot used this company to hire installers for counter tops that we purchased from their store. It has been a headache since the day they were installed, June 5th. The installers were rushed and put a hole in our kitchen cabinets. He stood in front of the cabinet so we did not see the area until after they left. They even tried to cover up the hole by taping the large wood chip into the hole with masking tape. They obviously knew what they had done and they didn't own up to the damage that was caused. The installer even tried to give us a phone number for a "buddy" that would come and fix the problem. When we called Home Depot, they would only direct us to work with MDK and it's been nothing but trouble since too. September 6th and the hole in our cabinet is still there! It takes weeks for someone to come out and "try" to find a match to our stain to be able to fix the hole. They come out with one plank - not a few different colors to see what may be the best fit. In all of our home improvement projects, we've never experienced this poor service.
